RULES OF PROMOTION – TRADE PROMOTION

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 25 September 2026 at 9:30pm (Sydney time) and closes at the time of the draw on 27 September 2026 at 10:00pm (Sydney time). All times stated are Sydney local time.

3. Method of Entry

No-purchase entry is available through LXG AU’s official Free Entry method at https://lxgaustralia.com.au/pages/free-entry. No purchase or payment is required to use this entry method.

Eligible LXG AU members may also receive promotional entries according to the membership tier and entry allocation displayed at the time of entry.

The membership tiers and entry allocations currently displayed on the LXG AU website are:
Bronze — A$49.99 per month — 10 entries per month
Silver — A$99.99 per month — 25 entries per month
Gold — A$199.99 per month — 50 entries per month

LXG AU also displays the following packages, each providing access to the LXG AU cost-price shopping platform for the period shown together with the entry allocation displayed with that package:
Starter — A$30 — 2 days platform access — 1 entry
Bronze — A$50 — 1 week platform access — 5 entries
Silver — A$100 — 1 month platform access — 25 entries
Gold — A$300 — 6 months platform access — 100 entries
Platinum — A$500 — 1 year platform access — 500 entries

Entry allocations are as displayed on the LXG AU website at the time of entry. Entrants should refer to the website for the allocation applying to them.

4. Entry Limits and Validity

The Promoter may set a maximum number of entries per person and may disqualify any incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries.

5. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize consisting of A$400,000 cash. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

6. Method of Prize Payment

The prize may be paid to the winner by cash payment, bank transfer, or a combination of both. With the winner’s agreement, the Promoter may pay the prize in installments within the permitted prize delivery period.

7. Guarantee of Prizes

The Promoter guarantees that the advertised prize will be awarded in full. Prize funding may be sourced from operational revenue or external funding arrangements.

8. Draw Details

The draw will take place at 10:00pm (Sydney time) on 27 September 2026 using a random selection system from all valid entries. The draw may be recorded and logged for compliance purposes.

9. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by telephone, email, and/or social media message within two (2) business days of the draw.

10. Publication of Winner

The winner’s first name, last initial and state may be published on the Promoter’s website and official LXG AU social media platforms.

11. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered within twenty-eight (28) days after verification of the winner’s identity and payment details.

12. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within three (3) months, a redraw may occur in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Verification

The Promoter may verify the identity of entrants and may refuse to award a prize if these rules are breached.

14. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

15. General Conditions

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. By entering this promotion, participants agree to these Rules of Promotion.
